Rental Policies for Creekside Hall


  • An up front deposit is required that is equal to 1) 50% of room rental and 2) a 4-hr minimum charge for bartenders if you are serving alcohol at your event.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • A security deposit (for minor cleaning and damages) is $200.00 and is due 30 days prior to event or at signing of contract, whichever comes first.


  • All lessees must show evidence of event insurance.


  • No alcoholic beverages or soft drinks may be brought into the rooms without prior approval from Events Manager.
  • Bartenders are responsible for serving all alcoholic beverages.
  • No alcohol allowed outside marked areas or in front of the building.
